We had tried this place a couple times when it first opened a couple years ago, the food was delicious but service was slow and unorganized. Decided to give it another try for Sunday Brunch and it was AMAZING!! Service was superb - food was out fast and hot served to us by Chef Jeff himself! We had the Crabs Benedict, Steak & Eggs and Bananas Foster French Toast - all FABULOUS!! Bloody Mary was delicious and DO NOT deny yourself a splurge on the homemade, made to order and hot!! Beignets!! Can't wait to come back for dinner. Seriously awesome place right in my backyard!!

The atmosphere is adorable here... We were really excited to try it! But service was slow, unorganized (nobody's food came out at the same time), and overall not great (impossible to get a refill, had to ask twice for the check, & the server acted as if this was all perfectly normal). The food was okay-- Everything seemed a little bland. We tried again during the food truck rodeo & had a similar experience. I see the menu has changed a good bit since our last visit, so I am curious to give it one more go. I'm from Louisiana, so I really want to love this place!
Ordered the gumbo. It was fantastic. Oh by the way the waitress was VERY attentive and returned to the table twice to offer to freshen up our drinks before the dinner was ready. Food came out hot and fresh. This place is worth your attention for sure!!!
EDIT: went back after new management took over. My group felt almost shunned as restaurant staff kept looking at us but refused to serve us. There were MAYBE 3 other tables at the time. What a shame.
1st day open, two other tables of two were There. We were handed menus, ordered a drink, and then ignored. The girl that got our drinks just stood at the front and talked to her coworker and completely ignored us. We got up to go pay for the drink we ordered because we were so irritated after waiting for someone to take our order and just wanted to leave. The girl said she was just standing up there bc she thought she had already taken our order. Really???! First day open, not busy, and your not attentive? Not going back there.
