The worst customer service experience that we have ever dealt with. We went there based off of their glowing reviews and the sales staff was great but above that, it was made very clear that customer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary. After damaging our new door frames and hardwood floors during delivery of a couch we simply asked they to make it right but instead blamed me for the damage and said my business and money was not needed or wanted. We were completely shocked by how they treated us in our own home. Never again, you don’t treat customers like that especially a disabled veteran. So now we are left to deal with a damaged home, no couch and a local furniture company who thinks it’s okay to be nasty to its customers
It was great as usual. This is a gem of a store. I have been there a couple of times but, it has been months since I last visited. When I went into the store today not only did the sales associate remembered me but she commented on the last item I purchased. I was impressed. Good job and excellent customer service.
