I have been going to this animal hospital for over 7 years now and not once have they been rude to me and at times some of my animals needed tests that I was not sure if I could afford but they told me the price ahead of time which is great and they have took such great pride and care for my two dogs and cats and other pets I had. I would never even think of going anywhere else and everyone that works here are the most caring people I have every know. All I can say is thank you for always been there for my pets and I will continue to go here. I am so happy to have found this animal hospital. You are the best!!!!!
I called yesterday with some questions and the receptionist was exceptionally rude. I decided to go in today anyway and the staff that I met in person there were excellent. The woman who greeted me when I walked in was very pleasant. I'm glad that I decided to go in anyway and will continue taking my pet there throughout her life. Hopefully I never run in to the person I talked to on the phone, though.
Dr.Siefker is an excellent vet, I've gotten very good care for my pets here. Some of the staff may need a bit more customer service but mostly helpful when I've been there
AWFUL! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I RUSHED my VERY SICK cat here to make sure I arrived before they closed. I arrived at 5:55 and was talking to the vet at 5:57, her first comment, "We're closed" I said it's not 6 yet. Her next comment, "I already told my staff they could go home." I didn't realize that a vet needed her reception staff to take a look at a very visibly sick cat. He has a fever of 103.9 and she couldn't bother with him because it was ALMOST her time to be off. It is safe to say that I will NEVER return here with any of my 5 animals. Absolutely deplorable behavior for a vet.
I have used this vet since we acquired the first family pet as it was an exotic animal. We now have a dog who goes here. Friendly staff, helpful, calls to check on animal when sick. Awesome staff!
