That my familys place so i love it
Owner and staff were very friendly and it was a good swimming area. However, this campground is terrible for camping. There are no sites and our "neighbors" decided to set up there large group pretty much at our tent door. There is no flat area amd it's hard to tell what is private owned permanently living area or the camping area. There are no quiet hours so people decide to play loud music until the butt crack of dawn and they have a rooster that likes to start crowing around 5 am. Don't expect to get any sleep. Also only one shower in the women's room for the entire camp.
On lake anna. Lots of fun. I go there every year during memorial day weekend with jimmys old town Tavern
Everyone was very friendly and was always quick to accomodate us as much add possible.
If you go to ANY lake during a holiday, expect it to be busy. Staff is very friendly. Rates are decent. This is not a koa so don't expect it! I go for the tent camping. 5 stars when the hill for the tent site's is back open to vehicle parking.
