Beautiful place! Need a little more lightening there and better street signs
The cabins are functional with cable TV and WiFi. They could use a bit of maintenance (screens with holes). We had a nice quiet week here.
Stayed in small trailer for 69.00 a night. Very quiet place, very small, but highly priced. The trailer wasn't level, No coffee, one filter, They had plastic on all beds... which we had to take off.... no sheets, blankets, towels... no tv, no microwave. had to take garbage off and wash dishes upon leaving...They even asked if we minded if room service could come in if we weren't there! Room service for what?? We could have gotten a hotel cheaper with all the amenities..The are alot of campers and trailers with year round live ins that are trashy and unkept. first and last time going there..
Stopped there earlier today to check to see what there rates are and see if we can take a tour of the place after waiting for the person in front of us to finish there have been about 3-5 minutes which was not problem at all for us, the security guard comes from the gate which was about 50-75 yards away to tell me that I'm not allowed to carry my firearm in the place when the only sticker on the door was no pets so we will never be staying at this camp site ever since they expect all the sheep to be unprotected when the wolves don't care who says what. I will go somewhere else that respects me.
We stayed in the cabins located at the resort. If you are looking for peace and quiet (and no cell service) this is the place for you. Close to numerous historical sites and easy access to D.C. via the VRE in Fredericksburg.
There does seem to be an issue with excessive noise on weekend nights by a couple of the cabins. Other than that we had a nice quiet week here.
This place is absolutely disgusting. And the worst that people that are working over there are liars. They are signing you up by lying that they are selling a piece of land to you. They making it look like it is good deal, but it is just a scam. Just to steal money from you and your family. And if you are not paying to that Mafia, they will take you to the court and make you to pay because now you became a slave of their. So they will still your money anyway. I hope that Mafia will be shut down very soon, and they will stop torturing people by stealing money from poor people.
